The Problems With Tarkov's Economy and Balance.
Welcome to my overly long TED Talk about Tarkov's overall economy and the balancing issues within itself. First, before I continue with the analysis of Tarkovs economy, let me throw some definitions your way, as understanding these things is very important to understanding what i'm about to explain. FAUCETS Faucets are feature or design decision that puts value into an economy. SINKS Sinks are features or design decisions that take away value from an economy. NETS. Not sure if this is an actual definition, but a Net is something that blocks value from falling into a sink. It's not a faucet, but it acts like one. LOOT ECONOMY The loot economy is essentially the 'FIR Economy'. It encompasses every piece of loot found in raid, even loot taken off of players bodies that doesn't have the FIR tag. THE PLAYER-DRIVEN ECONOMY The player driven economy is essentially the Flea Market. Now it's important to understand what makes an economy sustainable. A stable economy would have to have tons of sinks for players to put their money into, while providing faucets for players to take money from. EFT's faucets include... -FIR LOOT from PMC RUNS -LOOT Gets Vendored -LOOT Gets Sold on Flea (Requires Level 15) -LOOT Gets Crafted Into FIR Items (Requires Hideout) -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Vendored -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Sold on FLEA (Requires Level 15) -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Used -PvP LOOT from PMC RUNS -LOOT Gets Vendored -LOOT Gets Used -FIR LOOT from SCAV RUNS -LOOT Gets Vendored -LOOT Gets Sold on Flea (Requires Level 15) -LOOT Gets Crafted Into FIR Items (Requires Hideout) -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Vendored -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Sold on FLEA (Requires Level 15) -CRAFTED LOOT Gets Used -PvP LOOT from SCAV RUNS -LOOT Gets Vendored -LOOT Gets Used -BITCOIN FARM (Requires Hideout) -And i'm sure many more than i'm missing An economy also needs to have a lot of sinks to keep an economy flowing and stop players from amassing massive hordes of wealth. EFT's sinks include... -Lost Gear from PMC RUNS (Recycles back into the 'PvP LOOT from PMC and SCAV RUNS' Faucets. But for another player.) -Flea Market Taxes -Medical Costs (Optional) -Food Costs (Optional and Minor Sink) -Hideout Upgrade Costs (Temporary Sink, Eventually turns into Faucet.) -Scav Case Losses (Gambling) -and a probably a few more that have slipped my mind. Maybe you can already start to see some issues, and I haven't even started yet. EFT's economy also has Nets, EFT's nets include -Insurance -Armor and Weapon Repairs -Items in Secure Container (Maybe that would be counted here?) EFT's economy is not sustainable. In order for an economy like EFT's to continue, they would need far more sinks to create a sense of scarcity. Veterans say that money is far too easy to make, but that's not the issue, money is far too hard to lose. Ever wonder why you see a lot of squads using meta gear? Its because they all get their insurance back whenever they die, as it only takes 1 surviving member of a 5-man team, to secure his dead squadmates gear, and chuck it in a bush. Eliminating most of a squads expenses. Solo players on the other hand, don't have this luxury, and will use a lot of low-end to mid-tier gear, expecting to lose it, and get it back in insurance, because it's not worth picking up. BSG needs to incorporate more sinks and adjust their nets in a way that fixes it, otherwise the game will forever rely on wipes, and there will never be proper scarcity in the economy. I want everyone to try and remember what it was like when you first booted up the game, had no fucking idea what you were doing, and how i'm sure many of you were scared shitless about losing your last P226 or Grach, and elated about finding a rifle, probably not knowing it shot dog-shit .366 rounds. Now, i've spoken to a lot of new players, and a lot them have this sense of overwhelming anxiety about playing the game once they realise that death has consequences. This anxiety also helps tremendously with selling the games atmosphere, but as people get more experienced and more wealthy, that anxiety goes away, and so does the games atmosphere. Its not possible to put us all back into the shoes of a new player, as a lot of the anxiety is caused by not knowing what the hell is going on or that you have an infinite source of income to the left of your PMC. But it is possible to bring back *SOME* of that anxiety by introducing gear scarcity into the Loot Economy. There is almost no gear scarcity in the Loot Economy for a few reasons. 1. The flea-market allows people to buy whatever they want, whenever they want. -There's a few ways to change this, removing it IS NOT the answer. 2. Playing in a squad tremendously increases your chances of getting your gear back in insurance. 3. Trader prices for Meta gear are far too low and Meta gear is far to easily obtained from raiders, bosses, and players wearing this gear; because it's so easy to obtain. Now these things COULD be fixed, but if you did it would make a lot of gear useless. Because there are more issues. Ammo and armor balance is scuffed. Let me just give a few examples. Everyone wants 7n31. It's a hot new ammo that everyone wants to try out, yet its sold out every trader reset. To counter this, BSG adds it as a craftable in the hideout. Now, it's all over the flea market, but very expensive, at the time of writing this it's 1700 RUB around. Pricey. Now 7n31 coupled with the rate of fire of most of the guns that shoot it, goes through level 4 and 5 like butter, and even level 6 pretty well. But this is where we start to run into issues. By increasing the supply of 7n31 and many other AP ammos, you've essentially massively decreased the effectiveness of many Higher-End armors. "Oh well, that's fine, now newer and rats players have a chance of getting through all these chad armors." Except that's not what happens. Let me use a better example. M62 is $5 a bullet. It completely ignores level 5 and goes through level 6 like butter. It is widely available, and very cheap. Why would you use Level 5 and 6 when going up against this ammo? There is no reason, Level 5 and 6 only slows you down when your up against AP Ammo. That's fine though, this rare and exotic ammo should be able to go through armor like its nothing, that's why I pay exorbitant amounts of money and grind to obtain this ammo. Except its not rare and exotic, its extremely common, with very little work to obtain, and this goes for a lot of the bullets in the game. Most Meta ammos are reasonably affordable and put down level 5 and 6 easily, which begs the question, why would I use Level 5 and 6? Why would I spend 800k on a slick, when someone can spend $5 to ignore it. This goes into another issue that I see a lot of people talking about, the TTK (Time To Kill) The TTK isn't going to be fixed by adding 5 more health to the thorax, it will be fixed when armor actually does something. The only thing 5 more health on the Thorax does is make it more expensive to run AP ammo against unarmored players, and make bolt actions useless compared to DMRs. TTK also effects the New Player experience, a lot of new player will simply spam their little makarov at big bad Altyn man and wonder why it did nothing. That's because armor isn't hard to get either, its harder to get than the ammo that pens it sure, but it's still very easy to get if you know how to get it. Meanwhile that new player is wondering why everyone is going through their cool new level 4 ceramic armor, and they're bullets aren't doing anything. Now if they fixed the the Loot Economy and made armor, ammo and other gear harder to find, it would do nothing, because the traders sell ammo extremely cheap and armor extremely expensive compared to the ammo. Which means armor is going to get burnt, found, repaired and used until that person dies and the armor gets picked up again or scrapped at fence. Now the traders, from what I understand, are supposed to eventually have extremely limited stock and options. However, seemingly, the community hates the idea of sold out traders. I have an aneurysm everytime I see a post complaining about super high-pen ammo being sold out, and then immediately see the supply go up the next day, like what just happened with 7n31. Because you're making. The problem. Worse. Now, I want to believe that BSG will continue with their plans to make an economy based on scarcity, but this community has an issue with crying about a lot of dumb shit. Which, don't get me wrong, if the vast majority agrees that something needs to change, it probably should. We play the game more than the devs, we know what is fun. But when you guys complain about something as sophisticated as tarkov's economy, and you have no idea what you're talking about, thats bad. I wouldn't be making this section of the post, if I thought that BSG would ignore the complaints. But they have this habit of caving in to the community's crys. Please BSG, do not do this. TL;DR: In order to have a good scarcity based economy, BSG needs to have more sinks in the economy to take money out of the hands of wealthy players, and they need to make ammo more expensive compared to the price of armor. The TTK issue is solved by making ammo more rare than armor, community needs to stop crying about stuff they don't understand. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
One of the latest innovations in the cryptocurrency faucet sector. A site with a classic structure to earn money with Bitcoins. In this article we will talk again about a direct faucet that will make you earn money with Bitcoins by means of a proven structure, very similar to that of the faucet described in a previous article. QuashBits is shown with a main screen always made up of 2 menus, one at the top and one on the side, all well organized. To register, use a personal Bitcoin address also registered on FaucetPay. Earning money with Bitcoins Let's now proceed with the list of components of the central menu. EARN BITS, earn Bitcoin: - Faucet, which takes you back to the dashboard, is the classic claim that can be made every 60 minutes. The cryptocurrencies earned are called Bits and the award released will depend on the Lucky Number obtained. Occasionally some pop-up pages may open. - Shortlinks, divided in turn into 2 submenus. Visit Shortlinks, whose links lead to advertising pages in which one or more Captchas must be resolved, which is why they notoriously pay more than the classic Claim. Pop-up pages may open. Shortlinks Contest instead shows the weekly ranking of users who have solved the highest number of Shortlinks. - PTC Ads, this section is now inevitable on faucet sites and allows you to earn crypto by viewing advertising pages. It is not mandatory to keep the mouse on the page as it will be sufficient to let the required time pass. The main tool for earning money with Bitcoins. - Jobs, an interesting section where you are rewarded very well by performing "social" tasks. Definitely recommended for its originality. - Referrals, where you will be shown your referrals URL. You will get, with the basic subscription, from your subscribers a 10% on all claims. The percentages will increase by subscribing to a higher Membership subscription. - Achievements displays the list of rewards that are received after reaching a certain number of Claims and Shortlinks, dedicated to large users of faucets. - CPU Mining, where you will be paid 1 Bit every 60000 Hash. Recommended only for those with powerful enough PCs. - Investment Game, practically a bet on the Bitcoin trend in the next 5 minutes after your bet. You will be free to invest the desired amount. - Redeem coupon, if you have a code to use as a coupon. You will be given a small amount of crypto as a gift. Not just EARNS: MEMBERSHIP, various paid membership levels that will increase your earnings percentages. LOTTERY, the BitsFree lottery. The cost of the ticket is 100 Bits / Satoshi. CONTESTS, which each month will reward users with the highest number of subscribers and the largest amount of Shortlinks and Offers completed. OFFERS, which includes surveys, bonuses for viewing videos and the most varied tasks. Several Dogecoins will be obtained but not always proportionate to the time spent since the surveys have a very low percentage of reliability. BLOG, the section with the latest news on BitsFree. MORE, in turn divided into several parts: - Account settings, in which to enter the Bitcoin or FaucetPay address to which to transfer the balance and change the registration email and password. - Withdrawals History and Deposits History, shows the last 25 transfers to your external wallets and all the deposits made on the site. The side menu The menu on the left contains many links to the sections previously described. From top to bottom you can change your account details, exit the site (Logout) or make the transfer (Withdraw). Just below the Bitcoin countervalue of the Bits you have available on the site is shown. Following is the Advertise section which offers the opportunity to earn crypto through links and banners directly on your site. This is a paid service and using the Deposit button you can send the funds you want to dedicate to it. Even further below, your referral URL. In the lower part of the dashboard, the left part is dedicated to all the information on crypto (Bits) earned while the right part allows, thanks to the Share button, to share your referral URL on major social networks. We remind you that the transfer of earned Bits (Withdraw) can be converted into Bitcoin on your personal wallet or on FaucetPay. Earning with Cryptocurrencies: “Cointiply” The King of Faucet!
The Direct Faucet with the largest community in the category. Earning with cryptocurrencies is no longer a saying! Cointiply immediately presents itself as a faucet site very rich in features and options. Perhaps one of the most complex of all. Thanks to it, you can earn with cryptocurrencies, accumulated through faucets and PTCs (advertising displays), in many different ways that we will explain extensively in the article. If Coinpot, thanks to its faucets, ideally represents the famous expression of the crypto world "To The Moon", Cointiply is the undisputed king of faucet sites due to the very high number of subscribers. Let's proceed with registration immediately by following the banner below. Rarely as in this case it is necessary to do it immediately as it would be difficult to follow the guide without being able to do it step by step. After logging in, you will enter the Dashboard, which collects all the menus and submenus of the site. Starting from the top, the total amount of cryptocurrencies earned with three different value measures will be shown on the right: Coins, Dollars and Bitcoin. Just below you will see your nickname chosen when registering. Selecting it, a drop-down menu will appear showing the following items: - Account Settings, where you can activate some functions offered by the site: enable annual interest when the balance exceeds 35000 Coins, allowing you to earn exponentially with the accumulated cryptocurrencies; receive notifications about new earning opportunities, share your profile with other users, change your nickname and enable 2-factor verification both with Google Authenticator and via email. - Manage Premium, in this section it is possible to upgrade your account which will bring various benefits including the elimination of advertisements. In the event that you do not have the necessary funds, it is possible to participate in a drawing in which a Premium account will be raffled off by purchasing a ticket worth 340 Coins. - Withdraw, thanks to which you can make the transfer of the crypto gudagnate. It is possible to choose between 2 different wallets: Bitcoin and DogeCoin. The minimum threshold for the Bitcoin wallet is 50,000 Coins while for the Dogecoin one it is 30,000 Coins. We remind you that once the 35000 Coins accumulated threshold is exceeded, the stock on the site will yield an interest of 5% per annum on the total balance, allowing you to further earn with your hard-earned cryptocurrencies. - Help & Support, the inevitable help and in-depth section - Logout, to exit the site On the left is the main menu, also divided into various sections: - Cointivity Profile, which shows your CointiPoints balance, your level and your current ranking. Just below, the Boosts you may have purchased and equipped and the consumables you have unlocked by leveling up are listed. We are talking about "Items" that can be obtained by opening the paid crates in the Inventory & Pods subsection. The list of content that you can fortunately receive is listed in the other subsections Item List and Collections. The last item in this section, Leaderboard, draws up the daily and historical ranking of the site's most active users. - Earn Coins, refers to the Dashboard and lists all the ways to earn cryptocurrencies that the site makes available: surveys and tasks to be performed, the faucet, multiplayer, watch some videos, view the advertising pages, play some classic videogames, your referral URL and the 5% annual interest on accumulated funds we talked about above. - Faucet, or Roll the Faucet, which can be performed every 60 minutes, which will reward you with a variable amount under the different bands visible on the right. Scrolling down you will see a series of links and information, which are repeated on the site, which we have already talked about almost fully. The most important is the keeping of the loyalty bonus which will grow by 1% per day until the 100% threshold is reached, but only if you make at least one daily claim. - Settings, described at the beginning of the article - Promos, where Coins Bonuses will be obtained thanks to promo codes for those who agree to receive notifications via browser. - News, site news always updated! - Help, the FAQ page. Everything is explained! - Crypto Prices, the value and market trends of the main cryptocurrencies. Before continuing, a brief explanation of the Dashboard, which at first glance would seem chaotic. In addition to the menu on the right, there is also one at the top next to the title that includes all the links, functions and opportunities to earn with the cryptocurrencies we have described. Its presence serves to optimize the usability of the mobile version of the site, identical in all respects to the desktop version, with the exception of the menus. In the center of the Dashboard page, broad visibility is given to the main offers and surveys made available on the site. Just below, the Earn Coins box with all the ways to earn cryptocurrencies. It is right to spend a few more words for some of the aforementioned items: - Offers, where you can accumulate Coins by completing surveys, viewing particular videos and much more. A section that guarantees great bonuses but obviously takes a long time. And polls aren't always successful. - Roll the Faucet, described above. - Multiplier, a nice game with dreamlike background music in which you can challenge your luck to get higher and higher amounts. Dedicated to those who love risk and betting and want to earn with cryptocurrencies obtained from faucets and PTCs. - Videos, thanks to which it is possible to earn Coins simply by watching videos. Useful is the fact that the site shows a preview of the income that will be obtained and the videos that you will have to view. - PTC Ads, a section where you are rewarded with Coins simply by visiting advertising web pages. Perhaps the most profitable option ever on the site taking into account the short time it takes to occupy. You can also create advertising campaigns for your site and manage them directly from this section thanks to the numerous options offered. The history of all the PTC Ads displayed is remarkable. The FAQ section is very useful, the first case ever for this earning methodology, which explains how PTC Ads work. Finally, thanks to Deposit Bitcoin, you can generate a wallet address to make deposits to be used in your advertising campaigns. - Games, where by playing certain online games you will get Coins in exchange. Definitely to try sometime. - Referrals, where you will find your unique referral URL, the details of all your subscribers and the total amount of cryptocurrencies that have earned you. You will get a 25% bonus on faucets and 10% on other offers / modalities Finally, let's not forget the chat, which is very useful and very popular with users registered with Cointiply. The pink "Start Chatting" button to access it is not very visible and is located above the left menu. Let us remember once again that the mobile version offers the exact same features as the desktop one. In these days the App version has also been released, to which we will dedicate a specific article! If you still have doubts about this vast faucet site, or rather, would you like to give us some advice, do not hesitate to contact us. Making money with cryptocurrencies on Cointiply is possible! POS & STAKING
In the last month we asked the community if they would be interested in being a part of a Community Staking Pool. After investigations into this finding security flaws in most platforms, as well as the lack of interest from members of the community we have decided to not go ahead with the Community Staking Pool. While we understand that there are members of the Mousecoin Community that are unable to stake themselves for whatever reason, and that there are a number of staking platforms that offer pool staking for MIC3 to help these people stake, we will not officially be supporting any staking platforms. We ask all Community members using these or thinking about using these to keep in mind that any MIC3 hosted on these platforms is not in their wallets, and therefore not controlled by them. Do proper investigations into any platform that you use for this as there is always the possibility of loss. We encourage all members of the Mousecoin Community to stake from their own wallet (where possible) as this helps us to secure the network. If you need help setting up your wallet, go to ourWallet Setup Guidespage for step-by-step guides on setting up your Mousecoin wallet.
We have updated the Mousecoin (MIC3)FaucetsPage: To make things clearer and we will be adding more faucets soon!

TomoChain AMA with DAppBird: Public blockchain applications for businesses.
https://preview.redd.it/a07hgl4am5t41.png?width=690&format=png&auto=webp&s=df718220bddfbeb6e3790328177769859df08874 Hi everyone. Pleased to be here! Thank you for taking your time to join me. I’m the Chief Business Development Officer for TomoChain. Educationally I graduated university with degrees in both Industrial Engineering and Economics from Georgia Tech, and later earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. I grew up as a gaming addict and have a video game collection that is a bit unwieldy. Dozens of consoles and, at one point, over 13 classic arcade machines. So, before crypto, I spent much of my profession in the gaming space. I was a Game Designer, Game Producer, and eventually Studio Head for a major games studio that was recently purchased by Rockstar Games. I have run my own game-related tech businesses as well. I fell into crypto back in 2014, and over time it became a second passion of mine as I began to truly understand the value of decentralization. True ownership of data was not possible until Bitcoin came along and that is simply a powerful and game-changing message to a world structure built on an opposing foundation. Brief Introduction https://preview.redd.it/8p7jm15ul5t41.png?width=739&format=png&auto=webp&s=8b572bdee2c56ffa29a1d628dda7332fac0fac50 TomoChain is a Public Blockchain powered by Proof-of-Stake Voting. TomoChain launched into Mainnet 1 year ago in December 2018. It is secured by 150 Masternodes, of which I’m proud to be an operator myself. TomoChain is EVM Compatible and runs at a speedy 2000 TPS with a 2 Sec Blocktime. Gas fees are almost zero too. Based out of Vietnam, TomoChain is Southeast Asia’s largest public blockchain. We are focusing on developing a full suite of DeFi products. We also have commercial and enterprise clients. TomoChain has a number of major crypto-partnerships including notables like Neo Blockchain, Chainlink and Crypto.com. Our Masternode network is run by some of the most recognizable players in the space as well, including Neo Global Capital, CoinGecko, HashQuark, KuCoin, and more large players are on the way. TomoChain earned its place onto Binance.com with a fee-free listing last year by winning the BinanceDEX community vote in August 2019. Binance has written us up in a detailed Binance Research Report and awarded us the V-Label. We have also been in a number of their reports, including those related to Dapps and DeFi. We have been interviewed by Forbes.com official and had an in-person interview at NASDAQ, in the heart of Times Square, about TomoChain and our upcoming TomoX Protocol. In China, specifically, we have been integrated into and have solid relationships with various blockchain players including HashQuark, HashKey, CoboWallet, Conflux, and many others. We launched an Ecosystem Development partnership with Neo Blockchain last December and co-hosted a meetup + workshop with them as well. https://preview.redd.it/anszszoxl5t41.png?width=733&format=png&auto=webp&s=1b8930c8c3df9357109d49f67f1a35edd6f803d0 GEARED FOR REAL WORLD USE Now, let’s talk about how TomoChain has been built for real-world use. We’re looking at Payments & DeFi as low hanging fruit when it comes to user adoption and TomoChain is developing a suite of tools to support this. The biggest challenge for having users benefit from Blockchain on a day-to-day basis is how much friction is involved to acquire, store and use it. Even stable coins are dual currency systems. The Stablecoin and then the Native Token to pay gas fees. Blockchain is simply not user-friendly. Our view is that the true solution for Blockchain adoption by the world is end-users shouldn’t need to know they are using blockchain technology at all. It should be a hidden technology layer, similar to payment processor settlements or even the internet distribution centers/routers that power this very AMA we’re all participating in right now. Do we need to know the underlying technology infrastructure to use them? Nope. We are developing a system to hide this friction, so the TomoChain blockchain can be integrated into real-world applications that you use every day on mobile or web. There are 3 protocols that we are building to enable this future: (1) TomoZ: Zero Friction (2) TomoX: The DEX Protocol (3) TomoP: The Privacy Suite. https://preview.redd.it/irwduto4m5t41.png?width=741&format=png&auto=webp&s=56e21c8e56b86af197344d7a043d073456c53181 TomoZ: Zero Friction - Our TomoZ protocol is a core starting point to the solution for mass market use of blockchain technology. TomoZ: Zero Friction allows for token issuance and use by having gas fees paid by the token itself. That means you don’t need TOMO to send transactions. You don’t even need to know you’re using the TomoChain blockchain. So you could buy a cup of coffee at a café using loyalty points that are TomoZ tokens. The customers redeem for their coffee or earn it, but they don’t even have to know it’s a blockchain token which they actually own. This approach is structured to enable the next million-plus users to utilize blockchain as a technology layer. After all, the real value of any Blockchain is in its utilization of high-quality transactions. Now, TomoZ transactions aren’t FREE. It actually does use TOMO, but that’s hidden from the end-user. The way it works is that the token issuer deposits a small amount of TOMO into a pool. Every time the token is sent, TOMO is taken from this pool to pay the Masternodes. The key is that the end-user doesn’t need to get involved with internal workings, which is why we call it the Zero Friction protocol Now let’s talk about TomoX: The DEX Protocol TomoX is an upcoming DEX Protocol that allows anyone to launch their on permissionless Decentralized Exchange in minutes. It requires very little technical knowledge making it a near turn-key solution. TomoX is the fastest DEX experience since it’s a Layer 1 protocol. This means it’s run and secured by the entire TomoChain network. Our Masternodes manage the DEX instructions directly, rather than other DEXs that operate as a Layer 2 protocol. What this means is TomoX DEXs will operate at about 50x faster than a typical 0x exchange. That significantly improves the end-user experience. TomoX DEX operators have access to a shared liquidity pool across all DEXs. That means a user buying on one DEX can be matched with a user selling on another DEX. Of course, Operators can customize and choose which tokens to include. TomoX is fully decentralized since the Order Book is on-chain. Many other semi-decentralized exchanges store the OB on a centralized service in order to speed up the execution. That means there is a centralized point of weakness for them. TomoX minimizes custody and security challenges that centralized exchanges have too since all users are always in possession of their assets. TomoX is currently in testnet and you can checkout TomoChain’s own DEX, aptly called TomoDEX, here: https://dex.testnet.tomochain.com/ Here is a link to get some free Testnet TOMO that can be used on the testnet version of TomoDEX: https://faucet.testnet.tomochain.com/ And finally, there is TomoP: Privacy Suite - TomoP is currently in testnet and is going to be the FASTEST way to send tokens privately. 2-4 seconds fast! Any token issued on TomoChain will be able to utilize TomoP to send privately and anonymously. And that’s not all. We are including access to wrapped BTC, ETH, USDT, and other tokens that can also utilize the blazing speed and privacy that TomoP will offer. Dapp privacy is a major part of TomoP. It is going to allow for the creation of Dapps to be built to handle customer data with true privacy, including from the Dapp operators themselves. This can jumpstart a new wave of applications geared towards hiding user information, transactions, assets owned, etc. We are issuing a new token standard (TRC21p) which will be purely private. The only data available will be on its token supply. Token issuers can optionally provide auditing access to enforcement authorities to meet regulatory compliance. What this means is if the next Global PayPal/Skrill/Alipay competitor can build their service right on TomoChain and meet the most basic criteria required to stay above board in many jurisdictions. If you guys want to check TomoP on testnet go here and login: https://wallet.testnet.tomochain.com/ Get some free Testnet TOMO that can be used with the TomoP testnet: https://faucet.testnet.tomochain.com/ Questions from the host 1.It’s been stated that TomoChain was on track to be a cash flow positive business, is it currently cash flow positive? What services or products is it offering to bring in this revenue? Yes, absolutely. Our plan is to be cash flow positive this year. This really goes back to the level of experience our executive team has. Everyone is seasoned, having come from different fields, in big business and startups. Before the crazy boom of ICOs and IEOs, raising funding for traditional startups required considerable proof that there was market fit, that there were actual customers to drive revenue, and a model for growth. We knew that TomoChain’s funds raised during the ICO were for a space that has yet to prove itself so the company had to be smart in budgeting for an uncertain future. And part of that initial preparation was selling much of the ICO proceeds into fiat. Something MANY blockchain startups did not do, largely due to ambitious teams that are also headed by very inexperienced leaders. So while the bubble burst, we had capital to continue operations and to even scale it. And, we ARE running a business. A sustainable business requires us to identifying areas to generate income in order to minimize risk and to sustain the business in the long term. So we do both consulting and services work by helping clients to develop wallets, launch tokens (Orbyt), build exchanges (AIS), and of course enterprise solutions on the blockchain of which we have clients based out of Japan and in the Middle East using blockchain for traceability solutions across various industries from automotive, healthcare, and food. 2.What is the most strategical step TOMO is doing to bring adoption of TOMO coin to our daily lives? Empowering businesses with a truly scalable blockchain that can be used by thousands and millions of users. We see user adoption of blockchain coming from businesses that base their solutions on blockchain technology. And, TomoChain has a number of real income-generating companies that have built on us, from exchanges to payment services to enterprise clients. Not bad for 1 year I say, especially during a stagnant market. Here are some examples. UcarPac – A Top 10 User Car company in Japan is building traceability solutions on the blockchain. We completed a POC at the end of last year. After the assessment, the client decided it was solid and commissioned Phase 2 to expand the development of the project for commercialization purposes Triip Protocol – Triip is a destination service for travelers to book vacations powered by Blockchain. Triip is a Shark Tank Vietnam alumnus, and the first ICO on TomoChain. Users can book tours and staycations using Triip or TOMO tokens. WisePass – A service that sells subscription services to get discounted Starbucks, Singha Beer, and even makeup (of all things) integrated TomoChain as a payment solution “Undisclosed Vendor” – Soon to be announced, a large player in the corporate gift giving business is also launching a Dapp on TomoChain to allow for them to make purchases with TOMO across thousands of items. Maka - A peer-to-peer marketplace to conveniently buy/sell TOMO and other blockchain tokens using standard payment gateways, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Coin98 – A local Vietnam crypto media company launched an App to allow for their community to earn their TomoChain token called C98 and use it for products and services geared around investors and gamers. The reception has been HUGE. 95,000 users and generating 500K+ transactions on our blockchain within 3 months of their launch! They are proving that innovative new business models can be adopted relying on and being blockchain specific. https://preview.redd.it/mlol3zl6m5t41.png?width=759&format=png&auto=webp&s=4a516404ed6a15de0e56fd08ed1e354a53c4191e 3. Do you have any plans to collaborate with developers or attract more Dapps built on TomoChain? We are today. Our founders run the largest Blockchain Developer community in Vietnam and we work with a number of them to help develop solutions on the blockchain. Our team has held Hackathons a few times over the last couple years and we have done developer workshops too, including one with Neo Blockchain. And this year we are working closely with educational institutions to launch blockchain courses in Vietnam. Every Dapp developer we work with is a partner. We try to provide as much support as possible, both technical and marketing. A number of Dapps are games on TomoChain and we hold contests regularly to promote the developers and their titles. Since we are focusing on alleviating the friction of blockchain technology, we are building out an API that will make it even easier for developers to integrate blockchain into standard applications. This is intended to allow standard non-blockchain application developers to operate in an environment they are accustomed to while also having the benefit of blockchain technology accessible. Onboarding more developers will take time. However, I’m confident we’re on the cusp of something wonderful in the coming years that will change the relationship between users and applications enabled by blockchain. Entirely new economic structures can be set up since it’ll be the users owning all of their data for the first time in digital history. And true ownership is a powerful motivator that can be harnessed by innovative blockchain businesses.

Sites to Avoid: Definitely DO NOT post these.
✖ Earnsanity — Shady owner, sketchy site. Held giveaway and then refunded the prizes after it was over. History of scamming many others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. ✖ Paidverts — Shady owner, sketchy site. Keeps doing debt swaps (cash to BAP). Do not post. ✖ Neobux — It isn’t really a scam, but they operate as a pyramid scheme. There’s money to be made online, but it’s definitely not there. ✖ MarketGlory — It does pay out, but the pay is absolutely ridiculous. The only way to make a decent amount of money is to have a lot of referrals, and referral whoring on this subreddit WILL result in a permanent ban. ✖ MindSumo — Not actually a /beermoney site. It’s only spam in this sub. ✖ G2A — Scam/sells stolen keys. ✖ Robinhood — This is spammed on our sub constantly. ✖ Quickthoughts — Many reports of people being banned when trying to withdraw as of 10/2018. Do your due diligence before possibly wasting your time on this app. ✖ Sites with $100+ minimum — These sites usually offer higher than normal payments for simple tasks, with a high minimum to cash out. They are always scams. ✖ Generic news sites that pay you ridiculous amounts to read an article (two euros??) — Common sense should take care of this, but in case it doesn’t, it’s always a scam. The site is usually hosted somewhere in Eastern Europe, and you will never get paid. ✖ Free bitcoin sites/"faucets" (THIS INCLUDES QOINPRO) — This is not referring to those video-viewing/task sites (although they’re still paying fragments of a penny). I’m talking about sites that give you 0.000001BTC to fill a captcha (freebitco.in, dailybitcoins). Admittedly many beermoney sites pay low, but don’t even bother with these. Also: Bitcoin mining is NO LONGER PROFITABLE. If you're really so keen on getting bitcoins, doing so through an exchange is your best option. Here are a few more scam sites and sketchy sites.

[Transcript] Crypto Zombie Interview With Anonymous Komodo Founder JL777
Crypto Zombie talks about the interview at 13:30 of his video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTOdWcuuSFA Link to full text at pages 10 to 15: https://gallery.mailchimp.com/b1c805c050ef6fca080b9d888/files/cf42e52f-5978-4f4e-b45a-241b94af4638/12_BlockchainBrief_November.pdf ------- CRYPTO ZOMBIE: It is difficult to describe the Komodo Platform in just a few words. Often confused as simply a privacy coin, KMD, is actually an incredibly robust and intricate ecosystem. With Komodo’s unique spin on smart contracts, referred to as “crypto-conditions,” and the fact that KMD has already achieved 45,000 TPS (1,000,000 possible in the near future), this platform may actually be the first crypto to solve all four of blockchain’s major pain-points: privacy, scalability, interoperability, and security. In this much anticipated AMA, I got to chat with the anonymous founder of Komodo, JL777, via the Komodo Discord. Here is what JL777 had to say... CZ: So let’s jump into this directly with the MOST requested community question: Are you Satoshi Nakamoto? JL777: Happy to answer questions of a non-personal nature. That seems pretty personal. But I didn’t arrive in crypto until late 2013, so clearly I can’t be Satoshi. Maybe there are a lot of similarities in our beliefs, but he was gone before I arrived. CZ: Just starting off with some fun! Alright, so all jokes asides let’s dive in. What exactly is Komodo (KMD)? JL777: It has many different aspects, hard to make a single statement about it. I know this drives the marketing side nuts as they need these elevator pitch things. However, I can explain how it is evolving. It starts with the desired end solution: a crypto that can handle mass market scale, has privacy, is secure, and fast. Given that just getting two of those four usually requires making significant trade-offs to decentralization. You can imagine that it is not an easy problem to solve! So, KMD starts with Zcash privacy: the best available privacy tech. So, we can check that off the list. But, it needs to be secure. So I had to invent the dPoW [consensus] to leverage BTC’s massive hashrate. That allowed us to have a lot of independent chains, all secured by dPoW, which led to the runtime forking ability that lets you launch a chain from the command line without any source code changes. PoW, PoS, some hybrid, all types of premine and emission schedules. CZ: Could you briefly explain dPoW and why it’s so secure, for those who don’t understand? JL777: dPoW is dynamically creating decentralized checkpoints to the BTC blockchain. That means that once a block is notarized, it is like having it “write protected.” No need to worry about it being rewritten. Being rewritten is a very real danger! CZ: So in other words as long as BTC is not under 51% attack it would be impossible for Komodo or any of it’s chains to be affected? JL777: I wouldn’t say impossible, but it becomes order of magnitude (or more) difficult. I wrote a description of the reorg process and can post it here if you’d like. CZ: Sure we can link to it for further research. That would be great! JL777: https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/Mastering_CryptoConditions It directly applies to explaining dPoW. It is from the documentation on the channels CC (Crypto-Conditions), which implements an improved form of Lightning Networks and addresses the latency issue, as it provides dPoW protection to mempool transactions. With the privacy and security items addressed, the next thing to do was scaling. Along the way people kept asking for smart contracts. With the notarization process in place, it enabled us to create a solution that non-notarized chains are unable to do. That is creating a reference set of hashes that allow you to verify that a transaction on any chain has been confirmed, on any other chain. It uses a method that is very similar to SPV validation. It’s all about merkleroots and merkleroots of merkleroots from many different chains all being combined. This is sent back to the notarizer and ends up in the notarization data. Once it’s there, then any notarized chain is able to validate the raw data from a transaction that actually happened on a different chain. What that allows is a burn protocol to burn coins on one chain and recreate them on another. So, the total coins across all of the fungible chains are constant. That means you can have however many chains you need for the transactions per second (TPS) needed. Anytime you need to transfer coins from one chain to the next, you use the burn protocol. Reading it, it does seem pretty deep technical... sorry... I guess it can be summarized as using notarization to create a cluster of chains whose total coin supply is held constant. This forms our scaling solution. Instead of having to create some cutting edge networking protocol that can handle some crazy TPS, with our solution you just spawn a new chain. It is similar to building more roads if your existing roads are congested. No need for any magical maglev vacuum tube high throughput high ways. Just a bunch of normal roads, if you have a bunch of cars... Just a bunch of normal blockchains if you need a bunch of TPS. I much prefer the simple solutions, as I can fully understand those. CZ: Exactly! Such a simple solution, but yet you still see so many people going crazy over TPS! On the topic of tech, I’m curious what your thoughts are on some of these newer solutions, such as the rise of DAG protocols? JL777: When it gets so complex and you need some math jargon to prove that it works... well, how can I know that it does? Code isn’t exactly a math proof. I think there are many very interesting experiments. However, I prefer to stick with the tried and true Bitcoin protocol and extend it. Why reinvent the wheel? Especially when so much work has been done already to make Bitcoin work as well as it does. It only breaks down at high load and isn’t very easy to program. Though I did make an atomic swap system called BarterDEX, which does utilize the Bitcoin script. CZ: Yes! Let’s expand on that! What is the difference between atomic swaps and etomic swaps? JL777: Etomic swap was just my way of quickly getting ETH into the BarterDEX. BarterDEX uses the Bitcoin protocol to do swaps. ETH doesn’t do Bitcoin protocol so I made an ETOMIC coin and you swap that using the protocol. We implemented a 1:1 lock/unlock of ETH/ERC20 for the ETOMIC. It does add a new layer and with mm2, we will directly implement atomic swaps between ETH and Bitcoin protocol. CZ: With so many blockchains now switching from ERC-20s to their own mainnets (native blockchains), does this mean that some blockchains will never be interoperable through the BarterDEX? Or do you think it’s a possibility in the future? JL777: With there being so many totally incompatible new protocols, it seems unlikely that they will interoperate very well and will go off and create their own island. Isolated from the rest of crypto. Maybe some will be very big islands though. Unless they have enough usage on their “island” it would seem it will eventually become a problem... CZ: This does make you wonder if TRUE interoperability between all blockchains will ever be possible... JL777: I think if these islands wanted to be interoperable, they can add this, but I suspect some don’t want to be. They maybe have dreams of becoming the only crypto. Which, of course, is an unrealistic expectation when the barrier to create a new crypto is so low. You don’t need a nation state to create a crypto! Even with such a big barrier, we end up with hundreds of fiat currencies. There is no single global currency, so how on earth can anybody truly believe there will be some single crypto? I try to base my decisions on common sense and simplicity. It ends up being quite complex as it is, even if it is created out of simple components. Now that KMD is getting the CC extensions, it completes all the technical requirements. The Crypto Conditions is mainly for the scaling solution, but I started experimenting with it a couple months ago and it started surprising me with its power! CZ: This is true! I know you have a unique way of handling smart contracts. What are Crypto-Conditions and what makes UTXO-based smart contracts such a breakthrough for the future of blockchain? JL777: To call it smart contracts is really understating what it is. Consider that it is possible to have a single CC (Crypto-Condition) transaction type mean “run the associated smart contract using the interpreted language.” What the CC does is create a new vout type, like p2pk, p2pkh, p2sh, there is a new CC vout type. This is an output that needs to satisfy the specified CC script, which can handle the industry standard Crypto-Conditions specification. But I had it extended a bit so we can have custom functions that also need to be satisfied. By making it a custom function, it allows essentially anything to be implemented. And by anything, I mean ANYTHING. At first I wasn’t 100% sure of this, but my first four CC extensions I made were: faucet, rewards, dice, and assets. The faucet is a blockchain enforced faucet. Rewards is a blockchain enforced rewards plan. Basically what most people want masternodes for. Lock funds... get some extra percentage. Dice is a blockchain enforced real-time dice game, just to show that such things can be done. Assets is a token creation system that allows a user to create new tokens with a single transaction. I also implemented functions needed for a DEX. So, basically counter-party functionality. These were the first four and I did it in several weeks as I was learning about how to do it and doing them for the first time. My thinking is that after we get a critical mass of CC extensions, the vast majority of dApps can be created just via RPC calls. No need to code a new CC extension, no need to code a smart contract, just issue RPC calls (or just click buttons and forms in a GUI). The next iteration of CC, I came up with oracles, gateways, prices and channels. Oracles creates a market driven data market for “oracle-izing” data on-chain. Gateways uses the oracles and assets to automatically tokenize BTC to an on-chain asset and also allows for automatically process withdraws. Basically the proxy DEX model of trading BTC equivalents, but it will be protected with a multisig custodians and all the tokens are locked in a contract until released with a valid deposit. The prices CC will use the oracles and gateway CC to implement a cash settled BitMEX type of leveraged betting on the BTC price. The channels CC is being debugged by one of the new devs who just started last week and it will be a better form of Lightning Network, as it uses a backward compatible transaction format, doesn’t require nodes to be online, and is secured by dPoW. CZ: Thats crazy! Most people really have no idea the Komodo platform is this robust. Komodo seems like it has already achieved so many things: scalability, privacy, interoperability, and security. So why do you feel it often gets overshadowed by newer, more “flashy” tech, that may in fact be inferior? JL777: I think the problem is that it has too much for any “elevator pitch,” so nobody who makes decisions in elevators decides to buy KMD! I don’t think there is any flashier tech than KMD, considering it solves all the crypto issues that other projects are struggling to do just a couple aspects of, when we can implement the entire value add of some project with a single CC that takes a few weeks to do... If that isn’t flashy, not sure what is! CZ: So, I recently spoke with PTYX from Chainzilla. Will Komodo platform continue offering services to premiere partners or will you be “passing the torch” over to other Blockchain-as-a-service platforms like Chainzilla? JL777: I just write code, so no idea what will happen regarding the non-coding side of things. I also don’t do GUI, so no idea when any of that will be done. I am just a simple C programmer. So I write C code to solve the deep tech issues that are otherwise unsolved. CZ: Gotcha... But you know that’s VERY important, especially for user adoption. JL777: Ideas by Nature I am trusting will solve the GUI issues. Much, much better than I could. I have to rely on others to get such things done. CZ: Yes I’m excited to see how that turns out! Let’s discuss adoption. You always hear people speak about “mass adoption,” but what do you feel it will REALLY take in order for this technology to reach the masses? JL777: Games. Realtime crypto games. That is why I did dice CC. We also have plans for a lotto CC. But, really any sort of game can be made blockchain enforceable now by using the CC tech. And, being UTXO-based, it is much more secure and so far it is much faster to code and debug. CZ: I’m so glad you said that because I feel games will be a huge proponent as well! Are you guys looking to also be able to deal with non-fungibles? For example ERC-721s? JL777: Already done. We just need a lot more coders, domain specific CC, to take the reference CC I am making and customizing it into some specific dApp. My role is to show the type of things that can be done, but we really need a big ecosystem with projects doing the various games and specific use case dApps. CZ: Do you make any decisions outside of just the coding? How does the governance within Komodo work? JL777: People like to ask me for my opinion, even on things like colors and such things, but I try to stay out of it as much as possible. Let each person with expertise make the decisions. If there is some deadlock, then maybe I let my opinion be known. But, I don’t have any special powers, other than the common sense thing, and people when they hear a good common sense solution to a problem they are battling with, it is usually adopted. But, I stay out of the team meetings and let them do their thing. Things are centralized around me too much as it is, so I try to reduce it as much as possible CZ: That’s good to know. Seems quite fair. Everyone has a say and anyone can expand on the ecosystem how they see fit to the best of their abilities. JL777: Yes, totally open community. CZ: So, this is another community question: What is your relationship with ØCryptoUnion? JL777: There is no formal relationship. They are working on some sort of gateway project, like several other projects. But, there are dozens of projects in the ecosystem and no formal relationship. This is old style crypto, not the new style corporate. At least that is how I am “managing” the open source side of things. There is a different side, that I am not involved in, so I can’t speak to how things are done there. CZ: You bring up a good point, however, given the reality that we live in a world that is controlled by few (governments, institutions, etc), do you think a truly decentralized future is realistically possible? JL777: A much more decentralized future is possible. But, it is also possible for a global totalitarian state. We already are close to a global surveillance state... very dangerous CZ: I think the biggest problem is getting people to actually CARE. Most people just want the easiest, most convenient thing and often are willing to sacrifice privacy over convenience. JL777: Well, when it comes to MONEY, people do CARE. Especially in the parts of the world where basic survival is not easy. But yes, privacy has been sacrificed a lot, to the point where people think you must be some sort of extremist if you just want to keep some privacy. But, a lot of writers of novels used pen-names. Nobody went accusing them. When the police can’t be trusted to be fair, then everybody cares about hiding as much as possible, since anything can and will be used against you! And we know we can’t trust criminals, since they ignore the law.. So why advertise to the world who you are? CZ: I agree. People always say “well if you have nothing to hide, then who cares?” I think thats the wrong attitude. So, before we go I just wanted ask one final question. Ultimately, what is your grand vision for the Komodo Platform and what can we expect in the near future? L777: Like you said, mass market adoption will need nice GUI. The low level tech in my mind is basically done. We just need to do a bunch more CC, which can, and will be done. Then people can make dApps via RPC calls. So with the easy to use GUI that gets mass market adoption, that achieves the goal of the scalable, secure, private and fast crypto. Likely KMD will be the first to achieve all four and have an atomic DEX to interface with many other cryptos. It has been a long journey, but within a year or so, I think I will become much less important. Things shift into the “GUI-zation” side of things. Maybe I can take a vacation... CZ: I have no idea how to code but I can only imagine that vacation will be WELL deserved! JL777: Just imagine writing a novel where if you make ANY mistake it crashes! Not just spelling or grammar, but character development, plot, or any error and BOOM! It’s DEAD! CZ: Great analogy! Well, thanks so much JL777 for taking time out of your busy schedule to have this chat. You are clearly an intelligent person and I’ve really enjoyed this. There is so much more we could talk about, but unfortunately there is only so much time! JL777: It was fun to chat! Feel free to stop by the Discord anytime. There is an “Ask-JL777 channel” here. Just post there anytime and I will answer.
Of Wolves And Weasels - Day 12 - Hoping for a Bubble...?
Hey all! Goodshibe here! Serious talk day, it seems... Good things come and good things go. One of those things is 25 Satoshi Dogecoins. If you had confidence in the coin - in the community - to buy and hold even when things were looking shaky, you're being rewarded in a big way right now. Heck, even if you bought in at 60, you've got yourself a tidy profit... should you choose to sell. I know it's a sign of the moment - our jump to 80-90 satoshis has me reeling a bit too. But, not just today, I'm hearing lots of talk about people who are (quietly or otherwise) hoping this is all just a big bubble. That any day now, the world will collapse around them and they'll be here to pick up the pieces. And I understand that - it's human nature to want to have more. But at the same time let's examine what the reality of those hopes are. Those of us who've been around since the start -- watched it grow to 200 Satoshis on the market, then crumble and fall to 25, understand that bubbles aren't something to wish for. We had the luxury of newness, the ability to mentally check the box in our heads that allowed us to say 'okay, yeah, this makes sense'. That this kind of crash was practically a given for an unsupported coin. It helped us make our peace - and, in some ways, ensured we were strapped in for the long haul with this coin. My first Dogecoin 'buy-in' was at around 150 satoshis -- and I did not know then what I know now. Be that about the markets, or trading or anything. I had some shards of bitcoin kicking around from various faucets, etc and I bought in. I think I got a few hundred DOGEs at that price. I tried to play speculator when the coin was falling (another mistake) bought some bitcoin, like $50 worth, and bought in again at 80 satoshis, thinking 'it's not going to go any lower!'. And it did. That was a fun ride down, let me tell you. Watching my 'money' drain away. Again, I didn't know anything about anything. I did not have a good time. Thankfully, I found this community - this wonderful group of people who looked at the wreckage of our rocket, and with what could only have been a hint of madness in their eyes, had the utter gall to look at the sky and howl 'TO THE MOON!' anyway... and start building a new rocket out of the wreckage. That's when I fell in love with this community. That's when I became GoodShibe. And from there, we've come so far. In just under 6 weeks, this amazing community has come together under the mantra 'who care's what it's worth, this is fun!'. It's that mantra that has brought our community to 30,000 Shibes. It's that mantra that has inspired us, together, to build Dogecoin into something that is starting to 'have value'. Moreso, the outside world is starting to agree with us. We're not an unsupported coin anymore. We're getting attention. We're getting new shibes joining the party every day -- who don't know our history, brief as it is -- and who don't have a stake, yet, in the community. I guess my point here, my friends, is that I feel like we need to have a chat about what success is. And the way to do that is to take a look back, at our brief, but amazing history. To see the the trials and tribulations that have made this community what it is. We need to chronicle it for the future. To prevent Dogecoin from becoming Bitcoin-lite, full of businessmen only looking to profit. You see, while greed is not a 'bad' thing -- it, like many things, is a natural motivator -- it does tend to limit one's view. It focuses you on the moment and not the long view. And hoping for all that we've built together to crumble around us, is really only a vision of greed. I invite some of the shibes who've been here from the start to share their stories, help them be remembered. And for those of you just joining us: Who cares if you bought in at 30 or 50 or 90? Take a look at the long view. Ask yourself: In one year, do I believe - no matter where it goes tomorrow - that Dogecoin will be worth more than it is today? If that answer is yes, then buy in now and help make 90 the one that new shibes look back on wistfully, saying 'man, I wish I could've gotten in back at 90'. It's 9:09 AM EST, your global hashrate is hitting high at 55 Gigahashes per second and Difficulty is holding strong at ~682. My best guess is that Litecoiners, seeing how hard it is to make a buck on Litecoin these days, have all caught on to Dogecoin. Whether they're all going to start cashing those DOGEs out for LTC or whether they'll hold them will decide how DOGE fares for the next little while. As always, I thank you all for your support! GoodShibe EDIT: I've sent @notch a 5000 DOGE tip on Twitter to see if he'll allow us to spend Doges on Mojang games. Check it out here
So this site called bitkong.com is a crypto-climb game, meaning you have a set amount of bitcoin (or any other supported crypto in the game like bits or mBTC) or even actual money like USD or Euro’s, and you climb the chart of rewards, followed by a ding sound or a coconut-like shape telling you that you have won the next reward, or you get a poop-like symbol or a fart noise saying that you failed. At this time I do not believe there is a max bet of any sort, so if you have a lot of bitcoin, I would try this out! The only problem with this site, is that you can miss a LOT, like you can play it on the easiest difficulty and still miss 5–10 times in the same spot. If you want a recommendation from me, I would say stick to easy difficulty for now, because medium is a 50/50 shot at getting the rewards, and more times than not, I have missed, so medium is NOT worth it. Hard difficulty is also not worth trying because like easy difficulty, you have three slots to choose from, but only one of those is a win, easy has two slots open for you to win, so it can go from missing 5–10 times to missing 20–25 times, me personally? I have missed 50 times on the hard difficulty, in a row… Mostly on the same spot, probably about 35 times, the other 15 times were just unlucky I guess? Maybe this just is not my game to play. Also, if you do not have a bunch of bitcoin to start off with, than I would not even try to play this game, sometimes the faucet will pay you either 400 or 600 satoshi or like $0.04 in actual currency. This amount will go by REALLY fast when you are using it in-game and most times than not, I have just resorted to using all 400 or 600 in one bet, because I knew I would lose my money way to fast doing the game the legit way. Also, these 400–600 payouts are only during special events like during the weekend or during the weekdays at random points. So if you want to try out this game, I would highly suggest a couple of things, one being come with a bunch of money, well maybe not to much, let’s say around $20 in bitcoin or USD. Another being that, if you want to play the game for free, expect to lose a LOT, you will find yourself giving up more than it is worth, I am addicted to this game, so I play everyday, all the time pretty much. There are some pro’s to playing for free though, most people do I’m pretty sure, one pro is that you can ‘upgrade’ your account to what they call ‘hero’ level, which leads me to the next point, THE FAUCET…. IS BROKEN! The faucet is probably the best one I’ve ever seen, you can get 100 bits for free out of this faucet every 5 minutes! This is of course without any bonuses like the weekdays and weekends I was talking about earlier. Hero level gives you the opportunity to upgrade from getting 100 every 5 minutes to 200 every 5 minutes. There is another rank called ‘Legendary’ but the goal is basically next to impossible to get to, to get to the hero level, it’s not that bad, you have to play (win or lose basically) 1000 games and you have to spend in total 1 whole bitcoin. Another thing is this, you cannot claim these bonuses unless you sign up or in with FaceBook, that is the downside, I just made a fake user with a fake age, and signed up with them for free, but after you sign up you can make a bunch of bitcoin! The other rank like I was talking about before I rambled about FaceBook, is that to get the legendary rank, you have to play 10,000 games (which is not that bad to do, it’s the next one that is bad), and you have to at least had bet over 100 bitcoins! This is the worst, because I have already played around 1200 games and I have only invested about 100,000 satoshi, which is still 99,900,000 off from getting that hero rank. Chances are I will be playing this game for around 3–5 month’s at this rate to get that amount in so I can get that sweet bitcoin. I have zero clue what you get out of the faucet at legendary rank, but I have a feeling it is 300 bits instead of 200 which is nice, but it will take me at my current rate, around 2–3 years to get that rank, unless I hit the jackpot or invest money into this. So I will leave this with a warning: Do not play this game if you can get addicted easily like I have, I already know that if I had more money to spend I would easily spend all of it on this site. If you have self-control over what you can and cannot spend, than I would suggest this game to you personally! The max amount of money that I would spend on this game if I was not addicted would probably be about $5 or maybe $10, do not go spending $100 or $1000 on this game like some people have. Can you make some serious money if you deposit $1000 and hit the coconut and not the poop, YES! But the game knows on how much you are betting, and they will make you fail if it is over around 4000 bits, you will lose more than you will win it seems. Before you ask, the most I have won so far has been 10,000 satoshi, and I bet all of it at once and lost it, thinking I could get an easy profit. I do not have any strategy towards this game other than if you lose all your bitcoin, get some from the faucet and bet all 100 or 400 or 600 whatever and just hope like heck you get the first two or three rows from the start. You could try doing the old school strategy which is get around 1k satoshi and than do these steps. Bet 10 satoshi on the first roll, try to go up 5 rows and than cash out, if you lose try betting 20, than go up four rows, if you win, cash out. If you lose bet 50 and than go up three rows, if you win cash out, if you don’t than go up to 100 bits and go up two rows. If you win than definitely cash out, if you lose than go up to 200 bits, here is where you go up one row, but here is my concern after reading this from someone else’s post. When you bet 100 and lose, going up to 200 and than not winning is an instant loss, so if you want to try going up to 400 or 500 satoshi and go up one row, otherwise you will lose about 80–100 satoshi in profits. Thank you for reading this if you even do, this is not a money guaranteed site, you have to have at least 200,000 satoshi to withdraw or 0.002 bitcoin, and winning this off of no purchases is next to impossible. Have a good day, and maybe I will update this page with some new strategies or something if I devise any.

↪ Earn Points(100 Points=$1) through Surveys, Offers, Tasks Offerwalls and Videos ↪ Site was established in 2007. ↪ International - however most earning opportunities are for US,UK,CA and AU. ↪ Rewards are processed instantly to 24 hrs depending on your account level. ↪ Tons of Rewards from $5 Paypal, Bitcoins, Direct Deposit, Prepaid Visa GC or name brand store gift cards.
Bing Rewards [US ONLY] Get credits while you search with bing!
↪ Age minimum: 13 ↪ Offer: Dashboard tasks, search ↪ Payout: (100 credits = $1) Gift cards including amazon and donation cards ↪ Referral Incentive: 200 credits each once they reach silver.
SliceThePie [SOME COUNTRIES BLOCKED, CONSTANTLY CHANGING] Get paid for writing music reviews! To give forewarning most songs aren't radio quality but there are some gems in there. Payment proof!
↪ Age minimum: 13 ↪ Offer: Listen to at least 1 min 30 sec of a song and write a constructive review. They have drastically reduced how much they pay though. ↪ Payout: Minimum $10 paypal. ↪ Referral: Percentage of earnings from each. Right now it's 15%. TIPS • Keep an eye out for when they have bonus days, otherwise it can be a little slow to make money. TIPS:
Amazon Mechanical Turk [US] This site is a bit different from your typical beer money site. This is a bit more professional. You work for "requesters" and they approve or reject your submitted content called "hits." Many people here think this great and it often gets them more money than other sites. They do require more personal info from you than the sites above for tax reasons (even though you likely won't have to worry about it) and not everyone gets approved to work here.
↪ Age minimum: 18 ↪ Offers: Different tasks requesters want you to do for money ↪ Payout: Amazon Payments balance or bank account ↪ Referral Incentive: None TIPS • Don’t use mturk without having turkopticon installed. It’s a browser add-on that allows workers to post reviews about requesters and gives you a good idea of whether or not to attempt a HIT based on the requester’s reputation. • Only do hits that pay at least 10¢/minute. Mturk grind forum and /hitsworthturkingfor are good places to check for worthy hits. • It is better to return a hit (it will not negatively impact you) than submit if you are unsure whether the requester will approve it.
Sites to Avoid: Definitely DO NOT post these. ✖ Paidverts shady owner, sketchy site. Keep doing debt swaps(cash to BAP). Do not post. ✖ DigitalGeneration put a bitcoin miner and spyware in their software. Never paid out. Avoid at all costs. If you’ve downloaded it before, do a virus scan. ✖ Neobux isn’t REALLY a scam, but they operate as a pyramid scheme. There’s money to be made online, but it’s definitely not there. ✖ Locket used to be good, but not anymore - guess they realized that their platform won't be profitable enough, if at all. They did pay out all the users, but you won't be making money with this app any more. ✖ MarketGlory does pay out, but the pay is absolutely ridiculous. The only way to make a decent amount of money is to have a lot of referrals, and referral whoring on this subreddit WILL result in a permanent ban.7 ✖ IPUServices stopped paying out altogether. No response to questions regarding payouts. Avoiding is recommended. ✖ Cash2Refer Does not pay out and awards way too much for merely referring people. $5 per visit? Come on. ✖ MindSumo Not actually a beermoney site, only spam in this sub. ✖ G2A Scam/sells stolen keys Generic news sites that pay you ridiculous amounts to read an article (two euros??): Common sense should take care of this, but in case it doesn’t, it’s always a scam. Site is usually hosted somewhere in Eastern Europe, and there is never a payout. Free bitcoin sites/"faucets"(THIS INCLUDES QOINPRO): Not referring to those video-viewing/task sites (although they’re still paying fragments of a penny).
We've come a long ways and I'm at a point where I've decided I'm going to really pursue this with everything I've got in terms of energy and devotion. I've got a prior commitment hanging over my head towards the end of this month, but once I resolve that, I'm planning on spending a couple months really digging into NYAN and seeing what I can do. So far we've just chipped away at the edges, but already we've seen some pretty impressive results. Just a brief recap of our successes first and then I'll talk about my ideas. We've gone from 1-3 satoshi to 10-30 satoshi prices. Not bad. We've got two new block explorers up in response to the previous one going down. We've got an irc channel and active community members both here and there. And we've got me, the crazy bastard who's locked up 25% of the available supply and is planning to do everything he can to build up NYAN to its proper greatness, and got tipnyan going and did a major giveaway with it. Oh, and we survived a dump of ~10% of the available supply quite comfortably. Probably other stuff I'm forgetting about right now. So, what next? Well, a lot of stuff. This is just a huge dump of ideas for discussion and inspiration. It's not necessarily ordered, although I'll try to have it go roughly from simplest to most complex. These are by no means promises or guarantees. This is just stuff I think would be cool. Some of this isn't a "implement this", it's more of a blog post prompt or general concept.
Faucet - often requested, should be pretty basic
Wheel - easy enough; various nyan gambling would be interesting; it does raise some questions which will need to be considered
Updating the client, by first porting the latest Bitcoin release to a generic ScryptCoin implementation (or find a Scrypt-based coin which is up-to-date and suitable; is DOGE still Scrypt or did they switch when they rebased onto Bitcoin?) and then porting that to NYAN, so we have all the latest updates. Document this process. Release new binaries. Document the Windows build process in particular (doesn't seem to be documentation in the bitcoin repo).
NYANshift - shapeshift concept for NYAN. Support NYAN <=> DOGE to start.
Bounties - post some bounties for various important things; Nyancoin graphics / memes are huge here
Mobile apps - wallets for all major platforms is obviously the biggest step here, but additional nyan presence would be good too
Games - we've got a couple; giving them some more love and making more would be good; bots are a concern, but having some way to pay out NYAN for free NYAN games would be cool
Tie-ins with other coins - DOGE is obvious, but there are also a few others (BAT, MEOW, DIME) which I think have a lot of the same advantages of being "almost-dead" coins as NYAN originally did and which make sense to encourage as related coins where people can get a million a lot cheaper to have a place to start.
Bank of NYAN - There are a lot of ideas I have here. Let me just give you one sample: NYAN certificates of deposits with decent interest rates, like 12% annual for a one-year to start out with. Now, how is it possible to pay above market rates on interest like that? Well, risky currencies always have to pay higher rates to attract deposits. But it's also because the interest is paid in NYAN, so I can afford to back an unlimited amount because of the fixed supply given my reserves. That is: I could pay a year's interest on the entire supply of NYAN which I don't control at that rate. And of course, I'm not going to have all (or probably even a majority) of the outstanding NYAN deposited with me. So there are a lot of cool things which can be done with this. Again, some issues this raises to consider (legal/accounting), but I believe this can be dealt with.
Recruit graphic design talent - we've got to get back to the shiny nyancoin memes
.nyan TLD - figure out what it takes to register with ICANN. I was inspired on this by .sucks being registered. It used to be that it was basically "be a country" to get a TLD, but that seems relaxed. coin.nyan, bank.nyan, there are a lot of cool options at that point.
We need a NYAN Council/Foundation/entity legal incorporation somewhere eventually. This raises a lot of questions. I believe I have a very good option for this, which will tie into an identity linking I'm going to do. My next post will talk more about this.
Peer exchange/list - Basically an on-going / automated version of the nyan nodes map, which will make it possible to see addresses to connect to, etc.
Going from 'almost dead' to 'survival inevitable' - this is more of a blog post idea, but this is sort of the phase we're in right now; finishing shoring up the essentials and getting to the point where we can lose anything and keep going
Going from 'survival inevitable' to 'steady growth' - Not necessarily growth purely in price, although that, but in community and tech particularly.
Going from 'steady growth' to 'spiky' - This is when we start to launch: when we're getting new buyers coming in and spiking the price. We don't have perfect stability then, but I'm glad to trade stability for growth.
NYANball - If you don't know what it is, you will. I guarantee it.
Ɲ > $ - 'Mars' goal; 3-5 years or longer? But this very idea has a lot of implications to consider. If NYAN can eventually surpass the USD, well, it'll be a very interesting world we'll be in. I consider the 'moon' target to be Ɲ > $0.01, which is certainly a stretch goal, to put it mildly. But it's these sort of dreams which inspire me to work on this project.
MERCH! - one consideration here is that I should try to get in touch with the creator of nyancat to confirm that we're cool and I expect that we'll need to make sure any merchandise is nyancoin and not nyancat to avoid infringing; make stickers, etc. and promote /nyancoins
Buying DOGE to back NYAN - in order to back 1Ɲ >= 1Đ, it's helpful to have a reserve of DOGE ready to buy NYAN. Of course, current market prices don't support 1Ɲ >= 1Đ, but I expect we'll get there again, and I expect DOGE and NYAN to be an increasingly active trade pair.
Using UNO to back NYAN - I'm not exactly sure what exactly this implies apart from making bids in UNO for NYAN. I've got a bunch of UNO (420) and don't necessarily want to keep holding it, so this would be a good use.
The Miracle of NYAN - blog post + general theme; so far what we've done can be seen as a blip; as we keep going, the incredible recovery will be one of the core strengths for us to talk about. It's the resiliency and determination and ultimate vindication. Everyone loves this trope. Well, perhaps apart from some haters, but haters gunna hate.
Rainbow log charts - this just came to me; wasn't on my main list. But now that it's occurred to me...yes, we need this. Graphing NYAN is a little insane. Sort of a U shape, lol.
"Radio" + TV programs / channel - obviously it'll take a long time before this a 24/7/365 thing, but the idea is like a DOGE/etc coverage from a NYAN perspective
ethics of NYAN - working on developing explicit standards beyond simply getting rich; looking at "virtuous circle" (positive feedback) effects from doing good things and not doing bad things; my commitment to disclosing my holdings and intentions is a part of this. We want to be totally up-front and honest in all things.
NYANworth - Look up the Goldworth radio ads; parody ads based on these sort of things for NYAN
Need to be able to buy alpaca socks with NYAN - because that's a major milestone for cryptocurrencies. Use NYANshift + a BTC alpaca sock provider for this, and have it be a demonstration of skinning.
NYANcon! - just a small get-together of NYAN supporters, rather than something big to flop. But it would be cool to have a meet-up.
online marketing - paid with NYAN? NYAN-based ad network? "Doublenyan"?
NYANVPS - more on this later; not saying it's an imminent possibility, just that my next post will tie into this idea in part
PayNYAN - billing/payment software, integrated so payment can be accepted in NYAN or other coins and automatically converted (possibly backed by NYANshift)
wallet-integrated pay in "any" currency - this would be a pretty damn sweet feature
"From Worst to First" - I highly recommend reading this book. Basically: do things right. People love this story. This is the "Miracle of NYAN" concept; as we keep getting things right and rebuilding, we build an attractive track record.
NYAN:gold analogy - All of the "de-dollarizing" future, hedge with gold types of appeals, but with NYAN. This seems like a massive stretch at this point, and it is, but we should build a track record of outperforming all other assets ultimately. That is the highest possible goal. Much as I normally don't like the expression, this is one of those "shoot for the moon, even if you miss you'll land among the stars" types of situations.
long-term - This is about building up GENERATIONAL wealth; we're not talking about the typical cryptocurrency "long-term" of a few months or a year. We're talking about decades and centuries that NYAN should last. This perspective is critical for building value.
'beginners' coin' - We need to make it easier and easier to get started. Ultimately, a person should be able to go through a Web 2.0 (or whatever we're on now), cutesy intro where they don't need tech knowledge to have an account with, say, 1000 coins to start.
DOCUMENTATION - teach BTC through NYAN. We should review and expand upon BTC core documentation. There is always a need for more and better documentation. This is all aspects, from end-user to core developer.
all-for-one - Cryptocoins work or they don't. We can try to outperform, but it's still largely a matter of everyone working together well or failing in my opinion.
how to beat BTC in long-term price growth - blog post as well as theme; goals for how to achieve this: faster iterations & innovation (we should ultimately be contributing upstream rather than just porting/forking everything), easier starting, no external attacks (we are our own "buttcoin"), humble, cute, non-threatening and high-performing, and ultimately, need a higher demand to buy versus lower supply to sell of course. Having a larger proportion of hodling and such.
NYAN central bank? - not really sure what this concept would be for, but sort of the NYAN Council type of idea but with an OPEC type of concept
NYAN Secret Society - ooops, not secret now. But this seems cool
NYAN religion ! - this seems like a brilliant idea to me. Also, rituals include pot brownies + milk. Because cultcoins are STRONK. See also: BOB
Get a country to accept NYAN as legal tender - okay, obviously it'll be a micronation or unrecognized or whatever, but it'd be a major step regardless and actually making it viable would be badass; needs a higher valuation of course
NYAN dark? - not a new coin, but figure out a way to use NYAN anonymously? shift into DASH or DOGED or something?
How to deal with legality questions - increasingly important as value grows; a lot of this will depend on the country; more on this in the next post
Trade sites - NYAN auctions; NYANlist, etc. As usual, prices listed in NYAN, but convertible payments (so can be paid in BTC and seller gets NYAN, or even can be done in reverse).
"Protect your paycheck with the power of NYAN" - building buyside; pitch NYAN as a cross between a hedge and a lotto ticket.
Politics? NYAN party? Advocates ending the fed and converting legal tender to NYAN. Basically a joke party, but still, doing campaigning would be good promotion and allows some points to be raised potentially. Also, like this project in general, good learning experience. Attempting to get on a ballet is always a good task.
NYAN - love-child of BTC, LTC, DOGE and buttcoin. - this probably doesn't deserve to be elevated to this list but I found it an amusing thought
Elected council? - how would voting rights work? Only thing I can think is a NYAN minimum, and unfortunately, that would seem to be basically the rich get more votes, since they could use multiple identities
Back to the NYAN Community Development Council - I've been meaning to get back to this; basically I need to nominate a bunch of you who have been doing cool stuff and basically declare this into existence
Rent for NYAN - I'll be posting more about this later. Basically, if you happen to have a spare room with an outlet and internet connection, and you wish to get NYAN and support NYAN, talk to me. ;-)
trading using NYAN - get NYAN without fiat and give value to NYAN holders
NYAN support - we've started with this in this forum, but it would be sweet to actually build a professional-style support system for NYAN where people can submit tickets, etc., and have questions answered
virtual nation - already have the currency; constitution? army? air force?
NYAN Financial Times - reporting financial news from a nyan perspective
NYAN connoisseur - all sorts of awesome nyan; something reflecting the cultured tastes of a Ɲekonaut
NYAN culture - building a community taste on 'good things', like cats (dogs are okay too); candy; computers; based on conversation today on IRC, it appears that an appreciation for sexy female British voices is also part of NYAN culture
NYAN for real estate? - requires a much, much larger market. We're going to need $10M+ minimum to consider this really I think.
NYAN stock exchange? - the nation this is based in is going to be critical
Find 'NYAN-friendly' countries - basically libertarian enough to support banking etc. Locate NYAN entities on servers in these countries.
Additional exchanges for NYAN - create our own exchange???
NYAN travel packages - NYANcon types of things
Borrow from FSM - religious worship here includes hodling
"NYAN is a poptart-based lovefest." - self-explanatory
NYANlife - all-expenses included luxury living in
Fix timeout on tipnyan - this is a minor thing I've had outstanding for too long; get to it finally
Liberté, égalité, fraternité (liberty, equality, brotherhood) - National motto of France, but very appropriate for NYAN I think; represents an overall ethic. I think it makes sense for NYAN to support a distilled version of the core philosophy originally behind BTC and to hold onto it (like libertarian principles generally).
NYAN as part of a retirement plan - Advocate something like 1% exposure to NYAN as a crazy hedge / lotto. The thing about its massive growth potential is that the 1% can end up doing better than all of the rest of it, and yet losing 1% completely wouldn't be a significant impact.
by Julia McGovern | Mar 12, 2015 | Bitcoin Talks 6 Ways to Earn Bitcoins Online Every day, Bitcoin the cryptocurrency and Bitcoin the technology gets more popular. When in 2011 you had to write a person from the other continent to order a pizza for you with Bitcoins, now you can do something like that in a number of major cities. In some countries like the Netherlands, the entire towns are Bitcoin-friendly (such as Arnhem, often called ‘the Bitcoin city’) now with a range of services available for those who are willing to pay with BTC. The more ways are there to spend the cryptocurrency, the more ways are there to obtain them. Let us look at some of the approaches to help you earn Bitcoins online.
Mine your own Bitcoins The very first way to get your own Bitcoins was through mining. In 2009, every block mined (every 10 minutes on average) brought a reward of 50 BTC to the lucky one who managed to solve the computational problem. Right now, every block brings 12,5 BTC. While the reward is still luring, there are some issues which stand in the way of earning some loot:
– The hashing difficulty has grown significantly over the last years. No single equipment has enough computational power to compete for Bitcoins. – Mining has gotten unprofitable. – In hope for some reward, people are forced to unite in pools or use cloud mining services. – Even when the efforts are combined, there is still need to pay for the electricity, and the utility bills often exceed the mining reward. All these factors make Bitcoin mining these days unprofitable. This makes us move forward to the next strategy of earning Bitcoins online.
Do work for Bitcoins If mining is not for you, you can search for work that you can do for Bitcoins. There are multiple services that will offer one an opportunity to work for cryptocurrency. You can find something at Coinality or by just going to /Jobs4Bitcoins on Reddit. Currently, you can earn Bitcoins online as a freelancer mainly, but some Bitcoin startups and companies like Overstock offer an option to get the regular payment in BTC. With greater acceptance, there will be more options to look for.
Offer something for Bitcoins Another way to earn Bitcoins online is to sell something for crypto. If you are keen on handmade, you can accept BTC on your ETSY page, and if you are a merchant, you can use your Bitcoin address to accept Bitcoins payment on your website. You can also hang a “Bitcoin Accepted Here” sign at your hotel, restaurant, café etc.
Gambling and casino games If you are searching for a simple way to earn Bitcoins online, you may try gambling. However, while it might seem to you as easy money, gaming has a number of risks which need to be taken into account. In the following article, we have outlined for you some websites worth checking out when trying out your luck: Bitcoin Gambling. We don’t guarantee that you win, which is why we strongly recommend you to play only if you have some initial capital to spend. On the other hand, who knows, maybe you will get lucky and multiply your crypto.
Use various Bitcoin faucets We have already mentioned gambling and faucets in a recent article. What you need to know about Bitcoin faucets is that they allow you to get a small amount of cryptocurrency in particular time spans. For example, on many Bitcoin dice websites you can get 0.0001 BTC every 5 minutes. However, to get a new portion of satoshis, you need to have a zero balance. There are other options too where you can earn ‘Bitcoin dust’ for time spent on the website (for example, when playing games). You cannot gain much here, but sometimes it can be enough to get a feeling of owning some crypto.
Boost your trading skills A good way to make an earning with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general is to do it through trading. CEX.IO allows you buying Bitcoins with payment cards or via bank transfer, after which you can convert it to other crypto or fiat using the price volatility at your advantage. Sometimes, however, Bitcoin trading can be very similar to gambling – high risks are involved here too. In order to minimise them, you need to learn a bit about trading. You may follow our blog to get some trading tips. Meanwhile, you can start with our 3 tips for profitable trading and then explore our trading category. Just start with a little amount, and when you feel more confident, you will be able to get to bigger earnings.
Earning Bitcoins online: Summary There are quite a few ways to earn Bitcoins online, and they are all different. Some of them, such as gambling, or trading, involve risks. However, while in gambling everything depends mainly on luck, trading requires some substantial knowledge. You can stay tuned for our tips on how to not just earn your Bitcoins, but to multiply it. Regardless of what strategy you choose, you still have to find a secure place to buy, sell, and store your Bitcoins. CEX.IO has been a well-known player on the Bitcoin market since 2013, offers a user-friendly service for buying, selling, trading, and keeping Bitcoins secure. None of its users has ever experienced account funds theft, and, all in all, CEX.IO deserves to be one of the best Bitcoin services known so far.
